I borrowed Kent's flaring tool...nice tool! I played with it a bit, testing some shorter pieces of line and forming some flares
I installed my vent line and clecoed in the inner rib to ensure that the line met the fitting properly. No issues there.
I also installed the capactive plates just to make sure of the fitting and that there were no clearance issues due to the proseal...all good there. I'll remove those one more time, secure the wires, and proseal them in place.
I ordered another quart of proseal from Van's along with some fittings and bushings for a 3/8 return line for the fuel injection.
I've also decided I'm going to add some more vents in the ribs before I put the rear baffle on. I got some feedback from a couple of Canadian builders and have decided to close my tanks up prior to an pre-close inspection.
